We have got HRsoft newly introduced for the compensation management. This reflects the compensation changes as per the yearly appraisal and also shows the pay transparency.

It is so flexible. We have been able to make most customizations to fit our organization work.

We loved working with the HRSoft team this year, we had a very successful implementation and our end users found the ux of the platform very easy to navigate. The team was really engaging and brought good ideas and solutions to our calls.

We are able to admin our bonus and annual salary reviews with ease with HRSOFT. When we have changes or updates to plan designs , HRsoft is great at providing solutions in the tool. The tool is very customizable to our needs. The team at HRsoft are great to work with.

The ability to customize fields and calculations to meet program requirements has been beneficial.

Because our Comp Philosophy and Merit logic is complex, the customization capability of HRsoft was immensely helpful, and part of the reason we decided to go with HRsoft instead of Workday's Advanced Comp.
